These are fantastic achievements and are testament to the hard work of both Gemma and Sinead.

Joanne, Bayswood Care’s Group Assessor is very proud of the effort that both put in and Kerry, Alexandra’s Registered Manager, was delighted to be able to present the certificates today.

Kerry says, “This year has seen a concerted effort to encourage more staff to embark on higher level courses for both self-improvement and to learn skills invaluable to the care of our higher dependency residents. We are now seeing these staff members getting close to or, in the case of Gemma and Sinead, crossing the finishing line. I’m very pleased for Gemma and Sinead and want to thank Joanne, from our fantastic in-house training team, for her efforts.”
