No Mow May - Update

As the picture shows, it is safe to say that ‘No Mow May’ is going well at Dane View.

Although the home is only a mile or so from Leicester City Centre, it has over an acre of gardens and so it a safe haven for local wildlife. Birds, hedgehogs, foxes and a variety of insects live in or around the garden. No Mow May is providing insects with a boost at the start of the summer season. The home intends to keep a section of the garden running down the side of the hedges wild, even after the main lawn is cut back in June.

Dane View residents love looking out on the gardens and entering the gardens on warmer days.
